Morning Meditation
Get centered for your day. Adrienne will guide you through a dynamic meditation. There will be 2-5 minutes of silence. We will end with breath work, and greeting to the day. Take a moment for yourself.
Every Tuesday morning from 7:30 am - 7:45 am CST.
Intentional Movement
Let’s move together on Thursday nights. Adrienne is a 27 year practicing yogini, and certified Restore Your Core(R) teacher. Join them for an evening of purposeful poses, movement, and rediscovery of your mind, body, and spirit.
